MaxRoy Pump

Electric motor driven hydraulically actuated dosing pumps with cast iron gearboxes

• Low pressure industrial pumps,

The MAXROY^® range is very compact and robust, and is ideal for dosing at high flows and low pressures.

Features:
The absence of contour plates allows dosing of all types of liquids: clear, viscous, slurries.

Reliable, safe, robust:
An integral relief valve protects the pump from excessive pressure at discharge (The safety valve limits the pressure of hydraulic oil behind the diaphragm).
Complete sealing is provided by a single or double composite diaphragm with integral O ring.

Performance :

• Flows up to 1100 l/h,
• Pressures up to 28 bar.

Principle of operation:

• The piston and the diapragm are connected by hydraulic oil to provide flow. Diaphragm life is long as it is not subjected to any load it just acts as a transfer barrier between the hydraulic oil and the liquid being pumped.
  

Recommended use:
Hydraulically actuated diaphragm pumps are recommended for:

• High flow applications,
• very low flows with high accuracy,
• dosing at moderate pressures.
