mRoy Pump
Motor driven hydraulically actuated diaphragm pumps of cast iron construction.
Compact and multiplexable, they are ideal for integration into complex dosing systems:
- High pressure industrial pumps,
- Single or double hydraulic diaphragm,
- Optional automatic control ( stroke and/or speed ),
- Duplex pump heads driven by common motor without extra power consumption,
- Conformity with API 675.
Reliable, safe, robust:
The internal safety valve protects the pump from overpressure. Two contour (support) plates prevent the diaphragm from over extension.
The mROY® series of dosing pumps was created in the USA in 1959 and is now one of the most popular ranges in the world for applications in continuous service. A hydraulic distributor is used to adjust the flow rate, a simple concept which provides an unbeatable quality-to-price ratio. For proof, simply look at the age of the product (over 30 years of life) and the numerous copies on the market.
The two Milton Roy divisions which manufacture the product have worked to renew the mROY® range while keeping the merits of the industrial design. In the USA, Milton Roy Flow Control has developed two new models, XT and XW, capable of operating at higher outlet pressures (206 bar), while in France Dosapro Milton Roy has reworked models A and B, now known as XA and XB, to make them more compact and even cheaper than the originals.
More about the hydraulically-controlled diaphragm dosing pumps
Performance :
- Flow rate up to 310 l/h,
- Pressure up to 123 bar.
Technical principles:
The slide is separated from the diaphragm by hydraulic control fluid. The diaphragm generates the flow as it is hydraulically coupled to the piston. It has a long service life as it is not subjected to pressure.
Recommendation:
Hydraulic diaphragm pumps are recommended for:
- Low flow rates,
- High precision micro-flows,
- Dosing at high pressure.
