Low Pressure Motor Valves

Application
Used on oil metering vessels, oil and gas separators,
as low pressure burner-manifold valves and
for lease automation installations.

Features
Tight shut-off, single soft seat, full line size opening, removable valve seat, and internal parts are removable with valve in line. The ration of diaphragm to seat ranges from 2:1 to 5:1 with reduced inner valves.
Diaphragms are designed to withstand entire upstream pressure.

Construction
Bodies and diaphragm housings are available in Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, and Steel.
Valve stem is stainless steel. Diaphragms and seat materials are reinforced oil resistant synthetic rubber.

SINGLE ACTING "MT" MOTOR VALVES

Applications
Pilot operated pressure to close oil and water dump valve for separators, emulsion treaters, and other similar liquid accumulators.

DOUBLE ACTING "DA" MOTOR VALVES

Application  
Liquid metering vessels or any system requiring a valve to receive a pilot signal on either or both sides of the main diaphragm, pressure opening and pressure closing. With reduced inner valve, can be used for 125 psig operation with any pilot having 30 psig output signal

Features
Spring loaded to hold 5, 10, or 25 psig back pressure.
