Application
Treaters, indirect heaters, direct heaters, reboilers, stem generators, 3 way valves on heat exchangers, shutters on coolers, and other diaphragm controller applications.

Features
Non-bleed thermostat pilot T 12 Thermostat No orifices or spring to change.

Operation
Snap-direct acting (output pressure increases with temperature rise). Throttle-indirect acting or direct acting . (Specify desired operation).

Accuracy
T 12 - 4° to 5°F variation. T 18 - 3°F variation.

Applications
A direct acting temperature controller designed to seen the pilot flame. Pilot Guard can be used as a pilot safety shutdown or as a high-stack temperature shutdown.

As a burner valve when pressure opening and spring closing service is desired.

Features
Tight shut-off.
Single soft seat.
Full line size opening.
Minimum Maintenance.
Ratio of diaphragm to seat area is 5:1.
Spring loaded to hold 12 to 15 psig back pressure.
